All coaching is 1:1 and fully personalized, with options for 30 minute, 45 minute, or 1 hour sessions following a 1 hour initial session.

Our work together is collaborative and flexible, meeting you exactly where you are — whether you’re looking for ongoing guidance or short-term, focused help.

Coaching is not one-size-fits-all. You choose the session length and frequency that best supports your needs, and we’ll revisit what feels right as those needs evolve.

  • All clients begin with a 60-minute initial session. This time allows us to slow down, get to know one another, and understand what’s bringing you to coaching.

    We’ll clarify your goals, explore what’s been feeling challenging, and begin identifying tools and strategies to support you moving forward.

  • A shorter session designed for check-ins, accountability, or support around a specific situation.

    This option works well when you’re looking for focused guidance or reinforcement between longer sessions.

  • A balanced session that allows space for reflection alongside practical skill-building.

    Ideal for working through ongoing stress, developing coping strategies, or building confidence around habits, boundaries, or communication.

  • An extended session offering more time to explore patterns, emotions, and challenges in greater depth.

    This option is helpful when navigating more complex topics or when you’d benefit from additional space and support.

  • A complimentary, no-pressure conversation to explore what you’re looking for, and decide which type of support feels like the best fit.

    There’s no commitment — just a chance to connect and ask questions.
