1. The Connection Call (15 - 30 Minutes): A no-pressure strategy session to see if we’re a good fit. No prep needed - just be ready to share where you’re at and what you’re looking for.

2. The Deep Dive (60 Minutes): In our first official session, we’ll map out exactly what’s draining you and identify a few small shifts to provide immediate momentum.

3. Personalized Partnership: From here, we’ll choose a structure that fits your needs and goals. This is your dedicated space to focus exclusively on your growth, away from the noise of expectations.

All coaching is 1:1 and fully personalized, with options for 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute sessions. Our work together is collaborative and flexible — no rigid, one-size-fits-all setups — and we’ll revisit what feels right as you evolve.

    After our initial session, we’ll choose a structure that fits your life. Whether it’s a 30 minute “tune-up” or a 60-minute strategy session, we’ll adapt to what you need, when you need it.
